This built-in ice plates have a working surface area of 450mm x 450mm. Plenty of space to create ice cream rolls.

As a built-in unit, the ice pan will drop into the hole in the ice cream cart.

The ice cream cart has been designed with the ice roll artist in mind. As well as fitting the drop-in ice pan, you also have quick access to tools, tubs and ice cream mix. The cart is extremely mobile with caster wheels but can also be placed in a permanent location.
